Josiah is a Partner in BAL's Boston office. He provides strategic guidance to employers on all facets of the complex U.S. business immigration process. He represents employers in the information technology, energy, insurance, management consulting and legal industries services before the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and U.S. State Department. Josiah also advises employers of all sizes on corporate compliance matters including program management, mergers and acquisitions, and other restructuring activities.
Josiah is passionate about giving back to his community and provides pro bono counsel to a number of organizations, including Doctors Without Borders and Kids in Need of Defense.
He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jen, and his kids, Harper and Blaine.
