Gabe is a Partner in BAL’s Atlanta office. He prides himself on building close relationships with clients to deliver high-value process management solutions that are innovative and scalable at lower costs. Gabe specializes in H-1B third-party placement and right to control issues, high-volume L-1 and TN cross-border work and PERM program counseling.
Over his career with an AM Law 100 firm in Atlanta and an immigration boutique in Boston, Gabe has represented clients in many industry sectors, with a focus on the management consulting space. His approach to client service focuses on learning the client’s business and building immigration programs and solutions that are customized to his client’s policies and culture. He is also passionate about immigration reform and advocacy and works closely with clients on advocating for outcomes that benefit their employee population.
Gabe is the child of immigrants from Eastern Europe who came to the U.S. seeking a better life for their kids. After completing his undergraduate studies, Gabe received a Fulbright Scholarship to research economic development in Romania and teach English to Romanian citizens waiting for their visas to immigrate to the U.S.
Gabe has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2006. He also has taught business immigration seminars for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and universities in Georgia.
When he’s not working or hanging out with his family, Gabe is an avid tennis, ping pong and pickleball player (really any sport that requires a racquet or paddle).
