Joshua is Co-Chair of Fox Rothschild's Cannabis Law practice. He leads a national team that serves the needs of businesses in the legalized cannabis and hemp sector on employment, licensing, banking, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and corporate financing and other services for emerging and established businesses. Additionally, Joshua is a skilled litigator.
Recognized by The National Law Journal as a Trailblazer in Cannabis Law, Joshua is a sought-after authority on the complex legal issues that arise in this nascent industry. He has advised Philadelphia City Council on the employment law challenges posed by Pennsylvania’s medical marijuana program as a representative of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Medical Marijuana and Hemp Committee. He’s also a guest lecturer for Stockton University’s course of cannabis.
