Joseph Moore

Joseph has a mixed practice and focuses on Private Children and Family Finance cases. A significant number of his cases are in the higher Courts and he is regularly against barristers who are senior to him and ranked.

Joseph’s Private Children work has involved cases where there are allegations of parental alienation, sexual abuse, domestic violence, substance abuse and mental health issues.

His finance practice increasingly involves high-net-worth parties, with complicated jurisdictional issues requiring a careful analysis of asset tracing across different jurisdictions. He has acted in complex claims under TOLATA 1996, including intervener cases. One of the key factors that separates Joseph from other practitioners is that he practices in both children and financial cases giving his clients continuity of representation in both areas.
