José Paul Aramayo Salinas

Paul Aramayo is the partner at Moreno Baldivieso who leads the practice of labor law in the city of Santa Cruz.

His practice is founded upon more than 20 years’ experience in preventive counseling in matters of administrative, labor and social security law. Paul has provided labor counsel to renowned international companies in the energy, industrial, agroindustrial, telecommunications, hydrocarbon, engineering and construction sectors. Likewise, Paul participates permanently in the negotiation and resolution of conflicts with unions and in inspection processes of public works and social security management entities.

Paul is an attorney with a law degree from the Universidad Mayor de San Andres—UMSA (La Paz, Bolivia) Law and Political Science Faculty. He completed his postgraduate studies with a Master’s Degree in Administrative Law at Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar.
