Career

René Cuellar is partner at Moreno Baldivieso, based in Santa Cruz city. He has more than 15 years of experience in legal practice, specialist in corporate law, constitutional law, labor law, M&A and counsel on engineering and construction projects.

He leads corporate legal and contractual team of numerous local and multinational companies established in the country. He`s distinguish leading complex construction and engineering projects (petrochemical plants, geothermal plants) and his participation in various M&A operations, corporate reorganizations and complex processes of dissolution and liquidation of commercial companies.

He is also Professor of “General Theory of Contract” at the University Católica Boliviana San Pablo.
