In terms of recent high-profile instructions, Jonathon was part of a team that obtained a GBP 750 million judgment following a six-week trial of commercial fraud proceedings involving the former CEO of a major Nigerian bank and in relation to multi-billion dollar claims brought on behalf of victims of the notorious Madoff fraud.
