Called to the Bar in 1984 and after formative years as a common lawyer Jonathan now specialises in consumer and regulatory law. He acts and advises in a diverse number of regulatory areas including consumer protection legislation, food safety and hygiene, product safety, unfair trading, advertising, financial crime and health and safety. His court work includes appearing for both prosecution and defence in the criminal jurisdiction and claimant and defendant in Enforcement and Consumer Rights Act 2015 actions in the civil courts.
