Shadi Haroon has been working in Saudi Arabia since 2006 and is active in advising both Saudi Arabian and foreign clients on a wide range of corporate, capital markets and M&A transactions. Shadi’s practice centers on corporate structuring, equity offerings, acquisitions and other corporate transactional matters.
