John Clargo

Practice Areas

John specialises in property litigation, covering all areas of real property and landlord and tenant law (both commercial and residential). He acts for developers, banks, companies, clubs, partnerships and individuals at all levels of court and tribunal.

John also acts in professional negligence and insolvency cases where a detailed knowledge of property law is required.

He has been ranked both in London and the South East for many years.

Career

Before being called to the bar, John was a civil servant (dealing with matters related to defence and foreign affairs). He has in the past been appointed to the Attorney General’s Provincial Panel of Counsel.
