Brie’s successful property practice focuses on real property, property development (currently many cladding issues), property transactions and disputes involving large complex mixed-use estates. In addition, she has a strong reputation for her contentious probate work, which frequently involves property issues.

Property related professional negligence (involving solicitors and surveyors) and franchising disputes (sometimes alongside L&T issues) form the balance of Brie’s practice.

Mediation is another area of expertise for Brie. She has a real depth of mediation experience from both angles: as a mediator and representing clients in mediations. She is in regular demand in both capacities, working as a mediator privately and in the FTT.
