Career

Robin has practised in Costs and Litigation funding for over 20 years. He is an expert in solicitor and client costs issues and has appeared in many of the leading cases on this complex topic. He also specialises in clinical negligence costs, group litigation costs and professional negligence (particularly where there are also disputes as to costs). Robin has appeared unled in the Court of Appeal multiple times and has a large High Court appellant practice. He also appears in the SCCO where there are significant sums at stake or in cases involving complex points of law.
