John Bain’s practice includes experience in a wide variety of real estate and real estate finance transactions. His clients include aerospace companies, hospital systems, digital infrastructure developers, public and private REITs, institutional equity providers, sponsors, family offices, and operating companies. John has significant experience in a wide variety of digital infrastructure transactions, as well as transactions in the hotel, resort and leisure property sector.
