​João has approximately 15 years of experience dedicated to the mining and metals sector, with expertise in regulatory matters, M&A transactions, and the purchase and sale of mining assets, financing (including royalty, streaming, and offtake arrangements), tax issues related to mining, capital markets transactions, and environmental/ESG concerns in mining. His main clients include large and mid-sized mining and steel companies, financial institutions, traders, offtakers, royalty and streaming companies, as well as service providers, whether domestic or international.
