Guilherme Morgulis

​Guilherme is a partner in BMA's Competition practice area. Guilherme represents clients in cross-border and national merger filings, investigations of anticompetitive practices, and the negotiation of administrative settlements before the Brazilian competition authority (CADE). Guilherme also provides advice on the antitrust risks of clients' business practices and assists them in the development and implementation of compliance programs.

He has participated in the submission of several transactions to CADE, including several important deals in the payment, financial, fertilizers, crop protection, healthcare, petrochemical and food processing industries. Guilherme has also represented clients in several cartel and unilateral practices investigations.

He has worked as an International Lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton's DC and Brussels offices (2017-2018).
