Career
Gustavo Kulesza is one of BMA’s Dispute Resolution partners. He has extensive experience in complex contract and corporate disputes, arbitration and court proceedings.
Noted especially for his work in arbitration, Gustavo has represented national and international clients in commercial arbitrations before international institutions and all the major Brazilian arbitration institutions, in disputes related to mergers and acquisitions, corporations, contracts, and infrastructure. He also represents clients in complex lawsuits, especially in contract and corporate cases.
Gustavo is also Professor of the Graduate Program in Commercial Arbitration at the IBMEC Law School.
He worked as an international visiting attorney with the international arbitration group of Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom in New York. He joined BMA in 2011.
