Jeroen heads Houthoff’s Tax practice. He specialises in tax law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and insolvency, financing and refinancing, and cross-border tax structuring. He advises numerous private equity clients on public and private transactions, as well as financial institutions and clients in the automotive, TMT and consumer products industries.
Furthermore, Jeroen has more than 20 years of experience advising multinational clients (mainly Asian and US) on the Dutch corporate and international tax aspects of cross-border investments, reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions.
