Marthe is a member of the Investment Management practice group, where she works as counsel specialising in investment management. Her primary focus is on setting up and restructuring investment funds such as private equity funds, hedge funds, real estate funds and retail funds (both UCITS and non-UCITS). Marthe also advises asset management companies, pension funds and other institutional investors on various matters including discretionary and fiduciary asset management and asset-pooling transactions.
From 2013 to 2015, she was based at our London office.
Marthe served as Supervisor Pension Funds at the Dutch Central Bank. In addition, prior to returning to Houthoff, Marthe was Senior Legal Counsel at Robeco and Board Member of the Robeco Pension Fund.
