Lucas Dröge

Lucas specialises in commercial litigation with an emphasis on product liability and claims arising from health and safety incidents. He frequently advises as defence counsel in complex and media-sensitive matters related to all aspects of liability claims, both contractual and claims, representing companies, their directors and/or insurers.

In addition, Lucas has over 12 years’ experience of acting for global manufacturers and insurers in relation to product liability claims, risk management, product safety, construction litigation, coverage disputes and claims arising from health and safety incidents. He regularly assists clients in liability defence (including group litigation claims) and acts for domestic and global product manufacturers and clients in various industries, including construction, health and safety, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and transportation and logistics.
