Jennifer Santangelo is a finance attorney who advises on asset-based loans; real estate financing transactions; and mergers, acquisitions, and sales of businesses. She also has handled acquisition, construction, and receivables financing for timeshare projects across the nation. With more than 25 years of experience, both in-house and in private practice, Jennifer has the perspective to see all sides of a transaction and how a challenge might be overcome.
Her clients include equipment finance companies, financial institutions of all sizes, insurance companies, and other commercial organizations. Prior to entering private practice, Jennifer served as in-house counsel for a national health care finance company. In that role, she advised on corporate and operational matters, including asset-backed securitizations and other corporate business agreements, compliance and risk analysis, employment and contractor matters, portfolio sales, and vendor programs.
