Jennifer Hardy is a partner in the Business Reorganization & Restructuring Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Houston. Jennifer advises and represents clients with respect to all aspects of financial distress across a wide array of sectors, with an emphasis on the energy sector. Jennifer has represented debtors, financial institutions, unsecured creditors’ committees, insurers, independent directors and strategic purchasers, among others, in connection with chapter 11 reorganizations and liquidations, including significant experience in oil & gas cases and mass tort proceedings. Jennifer also advises clients regarding other insolvency matters, including workouts, foreclosures and out of court restructurings. Jennifer frequently appears in court to advocate on behalf of clients in chapter 11 matters.
