Jeffrey Pawlitz is a partner in Willkie’s Restructuring Department and Chair of the Creditor and Lender Rights practice. He represents leading investors in distressed, special situations, and opportunistic financing transactions, as well as in complex, multi-jurisdictional restructurings across a broad range of industries. Jeffrey also serves as lead counsel to special board committees and companies navigating chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings, bringing deep experience and a strategic, commercial approach to each engagement.
