Javier is a litigation partner in Madrid. He has extensive experience in the defence of international and domestic clients in civil, contractual and corporate disputes, real estate, construction and M&A controversies, liability claims related to investments in the financial sector and stock market, unfair competition and antitrust law, antitrust damages claims, distributorship, agency and franchise contracts, as well as in pre-insolvency matters and defence of claims or contracts in bankruptcy proceedings. He has also wide experience in domestic and international arbitration (including arbitration proceedings followed under ICC and LCIA rules) and has led the advice to the funder in the two most prominent litigation funding cases in Spain.
