Filip is a senior partner in the Belgian Banking and Finance practice and also co-heads the Belgian Projects group as well as the Belgian Restructuring team. He specialises in project finance, corporate lending, export financings, real estate finance, capital markets transactions, acquisition finance, asset finance and other international finance transactions. Filip also has extensive experience in advising on restructurings, financial services regulation, factoring and multi-jurisdictional trade receivables financing and securitisation. He is consistently recommended for his expertise by legal directories, and is a member of both the Brussels and the Antwerp bar.
