Jasper Berkenbosch advises companies in distress, funds, and creditors on bankruptcy related matters including cross-border restructurings and director and shareholder liability matters. He is regularly appointed by the court as bankruptcy trustee in high-profile insolvency proceedings, and by the Enterprise Chamber as independent director or supervisor.

He acted as counsel for:

- Diebold Nixdorf in 2.7 billion debt restructuring under NLlaw and US Chapter 11.

- Vroon Group shareholders in 1 billion debt restructuring under NLlaw and UK Scheme.

- Abengoa NLboard in defense against liability claims by Dutch trustee.

- Mercom Coffee Group observer, monitoring global winding up under NLlaw and US Chapter 11.

•  Blokker bankruptcy trustee (retail company with 400 stores and 4000 employees.

- Scotch & Soda bankruptcy trustee (fashion retail company with 200 stores and distribution in 70 countries) leading the distressed assets sale in thirteen countries.

- Intertoys bankruptcy trustee (retail chain with 350 toy stores in Europe).

- Oi Brazil Coop bankruptcy trustee in restructuring of 6 billion bond debt.
