Regional leader of BLG's Investment Management Group. Practice focuses on advising Canadian and international clients engaged in all aspects of the investment management industry. Extensive experience advising clients on the formation, management and operation of investment funds and other pooled investment vehicles and the offering of their securities in public offerings and private placement transactions, including funds focused on investment in cryptocurrency assets. Advises clients seeking to obtain and maintain registration with Canadian securities regulators and/or self-regulatory organizations, and provides advice on a range of registration, regulatory and compliance matters.
