Jan Willem is a partner in the corporate team in our Amsterdam office. He has wide advisory and transactional experience and specialises in mergers and acquisitions and corporate litigation, including corporate and regulatory investigations. Jan Willem has been involved in numerous public M&A deals, has pleaded various high profile take-over cases in the Dutch courts and has advised Boards on delicate governance issues. He also sits as an arbitrator in M&A-related disputes.
