James is the Head of Lewis Silkin's Digital, Commerce and Creative team. James provides specialist advice on commercial contracts, technology, outsourcing, e-commerce and consumer law (including regulatory investigations) and data protection/privacy. He has over 20 years' experience in commercial, consumer and technology law.

James is a member of Lewis Silkin's Brands & IP and Data Privacy practice groups. he advises clients in a wide range of sectors and has a particular focus on the retail, technology, leisure, logistics, financial services, manufacturing and professional services sectors.
