Career

Jakub Podkowa is a Polish-qualified attorney-at-law and a partner in the Banking and Finance Department at CMS. He specialises in banking and finance law. He focuses on advising banks and other financial institutions, as well as borrowers on preparing and negotiating credit documentation. His experience includes advice related to financing the day-to-day operations of business entities and financing investments in many branches of the economy, with emphasis on the commercial real estate market. He also supervises due diligence analyses and has experience in advising domestic and foreign financial market institutions on regulatory matters, including outsourcing, banking secrecy, setting up branches and representative offices
