Ivo specialises in syndicated loan facilities, cross-border financing, the enforcement of security agent structures, financial collateral arrangements, netting, and the regulation of banking and capital markets. He has extensive experience advising on compliance with domestic and EU regulatory frameworks, guiding clients through investigations and the complexities of financial services regulation.
