Career

Inés Ríos García joined Uría Menéndez in 2007 and she is counsel of the firm since 2019.

Inés has over 10 years of experience advising companies on the drafting and termination of employment contracts, particularly for senior executives, as well as on labour law issues relating to mergers and acquisitions. She advises companies on collective redundancies and collective negotiations during corporate restructurings.

She is also frequently asked to prepare legal reports, carry out labour audits and issue the corresponding due diligence reports.

Ines regularly advises clients on employment disputes and litigation and represents them in court and in out-of-court proceedings.
