Igor advises corporates, investment banks and international financial organisations on all types of financings, including secured financings, syndicated lending, project finance transactions, private and public securities offerings across a wide range of industries including the agriculture, energy and natural resources sectors. In addition, Igor has extensive experience of advising on distressed debt sale transactions coming out of Ukraine.

• J.P. Morgan and Dragon Capital, the joint lead managers, in connection with the USD 450 million Eurobond issuance by MHP, a leading international food and agri group with Ukrainian roots;
• IFC on landmark investment in Ukraine’s insurance sector;
• IFC on EUR 100 million risk-sharing facility for PrivatBank and on EUR 50 million risk-sharing facility for OTP Leasing, on EUR 100 million risk-sharing facility for Credit Agricole Ukraine, on EUR 66 million risk-sharing facility for UKRSIBBANK to support Ukrainian corporates;
• ad hoc committee of noteholders on DTEK Energy’s Eurobonds consent solicitation;
• Citigroup, ING, Oppenheimer, Raiffeisen Bank International and Unicredit on USD 100 million Eurobond tap issue by Trans-Oil Group;
• the Government of Canada in connection with the new CAD 5 billion loan to Ukraine;
