Oleksiy Koltok is an attorney-at-law, partner in Sayenko Kharenko’s Litigation Dispute Resolution practice with over 20 years of legal experience. Oleksiy specialises in comprehensive defence of clients’ interests in complex litigation across all sectors of the economy.

Oleksiy has considerable experience in representing national and international clients in Ukrainian courts of all instances and specialisations, defending them in corporate disputes, disputes with state and regulatory authorities, commercial disputes, consumer protection disputes, real estate and construction disputes, labour disputes, debt collection disputes, enforcement proceedings and bankruptcy, etc. Mr. Koltok also has extensive experience of representing national and international clients in Ukrainian courts of all instances and specialisations.

Oleksiy also has extensive experience in pre-trial and out-of-court dispute resolution, including advising clients on developing litigation defence strategies, countering raiding, property protection, concluding amicable settlement agreements, appeals to the European Court of Human Rights, as well as assistance in negotiations, etc.
