Vladyslava Mitsai is a senior associate with a strong focus on complex secured financing, project finance and capital markets transactions. She specialises in structuring and executing deals backed by complex security packages, making her a key team member in projects for international lenders, including official institutions, private funds, and banks, on their investments in Ukraine.
