Ignacio Albiñana joined Uría Menéndez in 1984 and he is a partner of the firm since 1993.
He focusses on M&A in the industrial, consumers, tourism and leisure sectors and, especially, in assets and companies with an underlying real estate component.
He is also specialized advising family offices and private and listed companies, on commercial and corporate law, including corporate governance, as well as in joint ventures and corporate restructuring.
