Hyungkeun Lee is a senior member of Kim & Chang’s international arbitration and cross-border litigation practice who specializes in representing clients in a broad range of international disputes. Mr. Lee also advises clients on issues relating to outbound investment and economic sanctions. Throughout his career, Mr. Lee has been actively involved in many high-profile disputes including multiple investment treaty arbitration cases brought against the Republic of Korea, and commercial arbitrations and litigations covering finance, energy, joint ventures, new technology, and intellectual property licensing disputes.
