Holly acts exclusively on behalf of claimants in personal injury and clinical negligence claims. She is often instructed as sole counsel but also has a significant junior practice working with leading silks on maximum severity claims.
Most of Holly’s cases are issued in the High Court and arise from life changing injuries. Recent claims have involved hypoxic birth injuries, cauda equina syndrome, severe and subtle traumatic brain injuries, sight loss, chronic pain, internal and orthopaedic injuries, serious psychiatric conditions, and delayed cancer treatment. She has significant experience with fatal and lost years claims. She deals with a broad cross-section of liability issues ranging from road traffic accidents and accidents at work to surgical negligence, consent issues, and delayed diagnoses. She regularly deals with complex issues of quantum and procedure.
Known for her sensitive and pragmatic approach to litigation, Holly aims to put lay clients at ease while providing thorough but accessible advice and robust representation.
Called to the Bar in 2010, Holly undertook pupillage at 9 Gough Square under Giles Mooney KC and Claire Harden-Frost. She studied law at City University. She completed her undergraduate degree at St. John’s College, Cambridge, taking a double first in Archaeology & Anthropology.
