Hilary’s areas of practice encompass mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and corporate advisory work for companies listed on the Singapore Exchange and financial institutions. She regularly advises multinational corporates, Singapore-listed corporates, private-equity funds and sovereign wealth funds on a wide-range of transactions, including public take-overs, private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, secondary equity offerings, including convertible bond issues. Hilary is also actively involved in the listing of structured warrant programmes on the Singapore Exchange.

Hilary joined the Firm in 2003 after she was called to the Singapore Bar and has been a Partner since 2009.
