Partner Herman Roksund is one of our leading partners within real estate transactions and commercial property leases. He has extensive experience from his 15 years of practice within our corporate real estate group. His practice area covers legal advice related to all corporate real estate matters, and with main focus on assisting leading real estate companies and funds with transactions. He assists a broad spectrum of real estate companies, including project finance advisors, covering all phases of the transactions from structuring, leases and lease back, financing and property development.

His versatile experience and his dedicated, customer-centric approach to practice have made Herman Roksund a recognized name among some of Norway’s largest real estate players and he has served as a trusted advisor in many significant real estate matters in Norway.
