Herman is partner in Houthoff’s Real Estate practice and advises on a wide range of real estate transactions (share deals and asset deals), real estate financings, and area (including inner city) and project development. He also advises on the set-up of development and investment structures. Moreover, Herman advises on property law structuring (apartment complexes, ground lease contracts, building rights) of real estate developments and projects. His clients are international investors and large Dutch investors and project developers.
Herman is a member of the Association of Real Estate Lawyers (VVJ), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and the Association for Civil Law.
