Career
A partner in the Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice, Henry Jaffe represents various parties in bankruptcy matters, including debtors, trustees, creditors’ committees, and secured, unsecured and administrative claimants. He has defended and prosecuted numerous avoidance actions in jurisdictions throughout the country, served as national bankruptcy counsel to creditors, and represented sellers and buyers of assets in bankruptcy and has assisted creditors with numerous complex issues regarding the assumption and renegotiation of executory contracts and leases. Henry has counseled clients in construction, manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, commercial real estate and intellectual property bankruptcy matters.
