David B Stratton

Career

David has more than 40 years of experience representing debtors, creditors’ committees, secured and individual creditors, and parties-in-interest as lead and co-counsel in bankruptcy courts in the Districts of Delaware and Maryland, the Southern District of New York and other U.S. bankruptcy courts. David also has significant experience representing clients in bankruptcy litigation.

David is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and served as Regent for the Third Circuit. In 2014, he chaired the Third Circuit Merit Selection panel and served on the prior panel.
