Henrikas leads the Competition Law practice at Motieka & Audzevičius, where he advises clients on complex regulatory matters, EU and CIS cross-border disputes, and antitrust litigation. He is particularly active in private competition enforcement, AML-related proceedings, and high-stakes regulatory disputes involving the banking, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
Renowned for his courtroom acumen, Henrikas represents clients in landmark competition cases before the European Commission, the Court of Justice of the European Union, and domestic courts in Lithuania and Russia. He also defends clients during dawn raids, investigations by the Lithuanian Competition Council, and proceedings before various EU and national regulatory bodies.
Henrikas and his team regularly advise on issues related to unfair competition, trade secrets, cartel investigations, dominance abuse, and compliance risk. His strategic, business-aware guidance helps clients balance innovation and regulatory discipline across jurisdictions.
