Albertas specializes in complex dispute resolution, with a strong focus on national and international commercial and investment arbitration. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Albertas has participated in or led over thirty arbitration proceedings under the ICC, SCC, VKAT, PCA, LCIA, UNCITRAL, GAFTA, MKAC, BelCCI, and VIAC rules.

His track record includes representation of the Republic of Lithuania in a dispute with the Government of the Kaliningrad Region, as well as in the Gazprom cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union and arbitral tribunals under PCA, ICC, and SCC rules.

In addition to counsel work, Albertas regularly serves as a sole, presiding, or co-arbitrator in domestic and ad hoc proceedings. He is also active in complex cross-border and domestic litigation, particularly in cases involving intricate legal and procedural issues.

A frequent speaker at international and local arbitration conferences, Albertas contributes scholarly articles on arbitration and civil procedure to leading legal publications. He is also an Associate Professor of Practice at Vilnius University, where he teaches business transactions, civil law, and civil procedure.
