Giedrius Kolesnikovas is a Partner and Head of the Corporate and M&A Practice at Motieka & Audzevičius, having led the team since 2010.

With over 20 years of experience advising on complex M&A, corporate governance, and cross-border transactions, Giedrius is recognized as one of Lithuania’s most active and trusted corporate lawyers.

His experience spans high-value acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, shareholder reorganizations, and market entry strategies across a wide range of industries, including technology, energy, and financial services.

Giedrius’s academic credentials are equally distinguished. He holds three LL.M. degrees from Duke University, Riga Graduate School of Law, and Vilnius University, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma from King’s College London. He also earned an M.A. in Taxation from the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (University of London) and has pursued executive studies through the EMBA-Global programme.
