Haifeng Huang leads Jones Day’s intellectual property practice in China and advises clients on their complex disputes and intellectual property matters, including disputes and transactions involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition, antitrust, and technology licenses. He assists clients on matters before intellectual property courts and other courts and agencies throughout China as well as before multiple arbitration tribunals. These matters have involved a diverse range of industries, including software and systems, semiconductors, telecommunications, textiles, chemicals, optics, consumer products, heavy machinery, medical devices, and biotechnology.
