Career

Gustavo is a partner of the firm since 1987 and is the current director of the

Department of Litigation and Insolvency and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT).

He possesses broad experience in Litigation and Arbitration, and likewise in Commercial and Corporate Law.

Gustavo has participated in many cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and in financing, especially in the area of telecommunications in Latin America.

He has been recognized by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, LACCA, IFLR 1000, among others, as one of the leading lawyers in Colombia in the practices of Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Corporate Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
