Carlos joined the firm in 2010 and is a partner since 2021, he co-heads of the department State Contracting,

Infrastructure, and Real Estate law practices. He is a lawyer from Universidad Javeriana and is an economist from

Universidad Nacional de Colombia; he also holds a master’s degree in Economics from the latter.

Carlos has more than 12 years of experience and has led the structuring of public-private projects, as well as diverse financings. In addition, he has specialized in advising on public and commercial matters, in particular in the structuring and execution of legal strategies that enable the participation in selection processes. Moreover, he advises the execution of state contracts that support infrastructure projects.
