Guoxun Zhang is a Senior Legal Counsel of Zhong Lun Law Firm.
He has worked in the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce of China, the Industrial Security and Import and Export Control Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, and the Department of American and Oceanian Affairs.
Mr. Zhang Guoxun had a deep understanding of Import & Export Control Law on the basis of Chinese law, U.S. law, and EU law, he also accumulated considerable practical experiences in both investigation and advisory work.
Currently, Mr. Zhang Guoxun mainly practices in Import & Export Control and Sanction areas, providing compliance consulting services to many high-tech companies and financial institutions.
In recent years, he has gained deep knowledge in assisting Chinese companies in responding to U.S. export control investigations and blacklist removals, as well as the construction of corporate compliance mechanisms. He specializes in providing legal services on comprehensive compliance system construction, overseas compliance system construction, export control and sanctions compliance, and national security review of cross-border investment.
