Practice Areas

Gordon Cameron is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisition Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters. He acts for both issuers and dealers in public and private, domestic and cross-border, debt and equity corporate finance transactions. He also acts for vendors and purchasers in high-priority public and private M&A deals. In addition, Gordon leads initiatives for foreign investors, including sovereign wealth funds and state-owned enterprises, in respect of acquisitions and investments in Canada.

A significant portion of Gordon’s practice focuses on start-up companies, particularly in the technology, cannabis, agriculture and oil and gas sectors, relating to the founding, capitalization, and value creation and maximization strategies of such businesses.
